Who we are

SmartRallies provides software and services for pickleball clubs, tournaments, and related operations. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the SmartRallies mobile app, staff portal, and related online services (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Account and profile: name, email address, organization or club affiliation, role, and credentials you use to sign in.

• Usage and device: approximate location from IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages or features used, and timestamps — to secure the Services and improve reliability.

• Support: information you send when you contact support or respond to surveys.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Services; authenticate users; operate club and tournament tools; detect abuse and fraud; comply with law; and communicate with you about the Services (including security and operational notices).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, or analytics) under contracts that limit their use. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset transfer with notice where appropriate.

Retention

If you use the Services from outside the country where we operate, information may be transferred and processed in other countries where our providers or we maintain facilities, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
